This Privacy Policy explains how Inner Yatra by Gireesh Parmmar ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit inneryatrajournals.in or buy our journals.

Contact details you share with us: your name, email address and mobile / WhatsApp number.

Shipping address, if you order a printed (hard copy) journal.

Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount and the contact details you enter. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Usage data: pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location and IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 3).

We use your information to:

Ship printed journals to your address

Provide support over WhatsApp, email or phone

Send updates related to your purchase

Meet legal, tax and fraud-prevention requirements

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (Facebook / Instagram) to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads. They record actions such as page views, checkout starts and purchases, and may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc.

When you make a purchase, we may share your email address and phone number with Meta in hashed form (encrypted one-way, so it cannot be read back), together with the purchase value, so Meta can match the purchase to an ad. Meta never receives your payment details.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, support and legal or tax requirements, and delete other personal information when it is no longer needed.

By providing your number, you agree to receive WhatsApp updates related to our services. You can reply "STOP" to opt out anytime.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by emailing support@gireeshparmmar.com. We will respond as required by applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Our website links to other platforms such as WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram and Razorpay. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
