Digital journals, audios and recordings are delivered by email right after your payment. No physical item is shipped.
If the email has not arrived within 1 hour, check your Spam and Promotions folders, then contact us with your Payment ID.
We ship printed journals within India only.
Orders are dispatched from Anand, Gujarat within 2–4 working days of payment.
We use trusted courier partners such as Shree Maruti Courier, DTDC or India Post (Speed Post), depending on your pincode.
Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping is free on all hard copy orders within India.
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp or email.
Please enter your full address, pincode and mobile number correctly. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.
If your journal arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps). We will send a replacement free of cost.
